you should really have posted the link to the base... or to whomever made it... it's really not very respectful for the one who made it...
and it makes it easier for the people who find this pic and feel like using the base too..

next time... really use colors with lower saturation... highly saturated colors burn the eyes >.>
well, it burns my eyes... idk about other people...

and i agree with ~asya173, work on the shadowing...

and save in PNG so you can re-edit it easier!
I learned to hate JPG/JPEG when i began using bases...

oh... and use a background besides plain white... use other light (less saturated) colors...
If you're using MSPaint, it wouldn't hurt to try making a background like grass and sky (just fill green and air brush with a darker shade of green for the ground and light blue with air brushed white for a scattered-cloudy sky look...) i kind of do that myself...
